Make a Financial Donation


Your contribution supports CLC's mission by helping to cover the cost of instruction, counseling, technology, supplies, and classroom space for our students. There are several ways to make a tax deductible financial contribution. You may obtain CLC's official registration and financial information from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999.

1.  Mail a check made payable to "Community Learning Center."

4. Name CLC in Your Will, Life Insurance, or Other Planned Giving Options.

You may designate CLC as a recipient of part or all of your estate, or as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.

Donate New or Lightly Used Books

We welcome donations of new or lightly used books. While our students are adults, many have enrolled in CLC's programs so that they can read to their children. We are, therefore, delighted to receive donations of both adult and children's books. For further information, please contact:

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers who wish to share their talent, skills, and knowledge:
  • Tutor individuals in reading, math, or English as a second language.
  • Offer administrative support.
  • Help organize special events.
  • Serve as an information resource or guest speaker for CLC teachers and social workers.
